ESA S530 CNC

Basic unit equipped with DIMM PC CPu AMD ElAN

520 - 133MHz, 32MB DRAM including:
Graphic monochrome 5,7” LCD display (320 x 240 pixels resolution).
32 MB Silicon Disk.
32 KB of FRAM (no battery backup required).
45 mechanical keys IP65 keyboard (39 general purpose keys plus + 6 function keys place on the lower side of the display).
4 fast counting circuits for Line Drive 0-5Vdc differential encoders or NPN/Push pull.
The encoders are powered at 5Vdc (max 200mA per channel).
4 analog outputs(±10V) with 15bits + sign resolution.
4 digital inputs for the zero micros. 2 analog inputs, 12 bits resolution.
One having configurable ranges 0÷10V, 0÷5V, ±10V; the other one fix range 0÷5V. 2 general purposes analog outputs,
0÷10V (8 bits resolution).
32 digital inputs (24Vdc). 32 digital outputs (24Vdc, 0,7A max.) protected against overload and short-circuits.
2 serial ports RS232 (one port RS232/RS422).
1 CAN port with 9 pins SubD F connector.
24Vdc power supply.

 

 

Typical applications

Conventional press-brakes (Mechanical and Hydraulic), Synchro Hydraulic Press-brakes, Servo controlled hydraulic single cylinder press-brakes, Electrically driven press-brakes, Tandem pressbrakes Hydro-mechanical press-brakes American style. Guillotine shears, with 3-4 axes.

Programming of the axes positions in tabular mode with automatic syntactical checks,

automatic calculation of the R and Z positions and of the bending and crowning tonnage.

2D graphic editing for punches and dies. 2D graphic preview for part pieces (if graphically edited).

All programs, tools description, parameters can be stored on the internal memory or on USB memory stick. These files can be exchanged with other CNC and PC troughUSB memory stick. Complete graphic off-line programming on a standard PC, trough a simulation program. IEC 61131-3 PLC programming language with function utilities either written in IL or “C” language are available for manufacturers. Customizable alarm messages. Software features

Safety PLC communication (PILZ, LAZER SAFE). Modem for telecommunication assistance.

High performances tandem machines management without added sensors requirement.

USB memory stick available on all products range.
